Hello everyone,

Some bug fixes, quality of life changes, and small additions for this patch.

• Client and server have been upgraded from revision #208 to revision #209.
  • Fixed Multi-cannon plugin not counting cannonballs correctly.
  • Attempt to fix random crashes due to mouse tooltips plugin.
  • Re-added some plugins:
    • XP Converter
    • Annoyance mute
    • Extended chat
  • Fixed timers plugin for thralls with Full Thrattle perk.
  • Fixed timers plugin for overloads with Quintessential Quidamortem perk.
  • Re-added Chambers of Xeric "Last-layout" and thieving "Pickpocket" options to Menu Entry Swapper plugin.
• New donator rank has been added: Twisted
  • Apart from the normal donator amount requirement, players will need a Twisted gem that can be purchased from the Financial Wizard in the Completionist's guild.
  • This rank has a command with a one-week cooldown that can be used to trigger a server-wide event for two hours.
  • +1% drop rate increase from previous Tanzanite rank: +16% dr bonus.
• Added new Sacrifice perks:
  • Unbreakable: Runecrafting pouches no longer break.
  • Dense Dark Magic: Mine Dark essence blocks from Dense essence mine instead of Dense essence blocks.
• Added support for staff to start the following server events:
  • Nex event: +30% damage.
  • Clue scroll event: Receive 2x caskets per clue scroll completion.
  • Pet drop rate event: +15% pet drop rate boost.
  • Brimstone key event: Receive 2x Brimstone key drops.
  • Larran's key event: Receive 2x Larran's key drops.
• PvP Tournament changes:
  • No-honour renamed to Max tribrid
  • Med hybrid renamed to Med tribrid
  • Overhead prayers can now be used in all tribrid tournaments.
  • Items may no longer be dropped within freeze time.
    • Any items on the ground after a round concludes will be removed.
  • You can now use Augury and Rigour without needing to unlock them via their respective scroll while in a Tournament.
• Added functionality to all the blighted items sold by the Mysterious stranger.
  • Food and potions may no be used outside of the home area or Wilderness.
• Added functionality to the new exits in Revenant Caves.
• Fixed KetKeh not having the "Gamble" menu-option.
  • Players require at least one inferno run before seeing the option.
• Fixed emote clue scrolls not being completable.
• Fixed the Sophanem Dungeon teleport and npc spawns.
• Fixed fire not working in Rogue's den.
• Fixed Collection log popup for resizable mode.
• Fixed the door not working in south-east Varrock.
• Removed the ability of using an inventory item on itself (which cancels current actions, etc).
• Rephrased Pet Collector description as it currenty doubles (+100%) pet rates.
• Pet Penance Queen from Larran's chest is now affected by all pet rate modifiers/boosts.
• Special attack will no longer be disabled after using Rejuvenation pools.
• Players who had already purchased all Sacrifice perks before the 100% completion giving perk update was added can now use the ;;serenity command to claim their pet.
